Regardless of where you are in your career, your business, your relationships... doesn’t matter, this applies to it all. The single thing causing the most tension, conflict or resentment is unmet expectations. Guaranteed. Unmet expectations lead us down a rabbit hole of conflict and contention if left resolved. And that just takes WAY too much time and energy.
